2019 Dublin: Designing Success

At our fourth annual conference, speakers converged from the worlds of Entertainment and Media, Human and Animal Rights, Global Economics and Political Activism to share knowledge on how to lead from your authentic self and harness the power of your own personal journey. They also offered practical advice on creating networks of influence and support to help you on your journey.

2018 Dublin: Disrupt the Ordinary

Our third annual conference in Dublin, Ireland, explored the need to change how we think, behave, and do business in an era of accelerating innovation. Our extraordinary lineup of speakers—featuring no less than two Nobel Peace Prize Laureates—shared stories of how they harnessed the powers of technology and social media to end wars, propel women into positions of power, create more equitable workplaces, and ensure every girl has the right to a safe education.

2017 Geneva: Leading with Purpose

Our second annual conference in Geneva, Switzerland, focused on the many ways women are redefining the meaning of power and success. For all of our exceptional speakers, this meant persevering under daunting circumstances to achieve seemingly impossible goals, driven by their commitment to a purpose larger than themselves. It also meant becoming outspoken activists along the way.

2016 Berlin: Women Leading Change
