Designing Success

Building on four decades as the premier professional development event for women in the US, the 2019 International Simmons Leadership Conference is coming to Dublin, Ireland on November 5-6.

The theme of this year’s program, Designing Success, focuses on the need for women leaders to constantly reinvent themselves and redefine what it means to succeed.

Each of the outstanding speakers has a fascinating story to tell about setting her own measure of success and, by example, inspiring others to do the same. On the roster of highly accomplished and world-renowned presenters are Tererai Trent, whose own determined pursuit of an education gained her a global platform to advocate for women’s rights and universal access to quality education; Dr. Jane Goodall, the legendary primatologist whose groundbreaking work revealed the close connections between protecting chimpanzees and conservation of the entire natural world; and Yang Lan, media entrepreneur and journalist who has surmounted multiple cultural and corporate barriers to advance gender equality and women’s professional development in China.

In between formal sessions are chances to meet the speakers at a book-signing break, visit the corporate marketplace, enjoy delicious meals, and network with some of the 500+ executives attending the conference from companies and organizations around the world.

The Simmons Leadership Conference—a don’t-miss experience that motivates, educates, and empowers women leaders at every stage of their careers!

All proceeds support scholarships for students in graduate programs at Simmons University.
