Devendra Malladi is Vice President, Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Centers in the Asia Pacific, Japan and China (APJC), leading a team of more than 3,500 who support services and professional services throughout the region. In his previous position at Cisco as Vice President of Advanced Services APJC, he was responsible for the overall strategy, delivery, operations, and P&L for both the enterprise and service provider/professional services businesses. Malladi came to Cisco from SAP, where he had been Vice President of SAP Services, Global Customer Operations in Southeast Asia. An expert in managing change and driving user adoption, he has over 22 years of experience in sales, services, and large transformation projects in enterprise software and services.
