Orla Coughlan – is an International human resources executive who has operated at the C-suite level in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Over the past 25 years, she has teamed with business leaders competing in multicultural, global markets, focusing on acquiring and growing businesses in both consumer and enterprise technology. Her previous roles include HR director for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region at HP, global vice president of HR at the interactive entertainment company Activision Blizzard, and chief human resources director at the telecommunications company Eir. Coughlan is currently a country director at CDP Leadership Consulting, with responsibility for its Irish business. She is also co-founder of The Riasc Partnership, which works with a range of entrepreneurial companies and nonprofits on executive leadership development, coaching and organizational strategy. A well-known advocate for women in business, Coughlan serves on the steering committee of the 30% Club Ireland and the board of the Shona Project. She was also recently appointed to the Board of SOLAS – the Irish State Further Education Authority.
