Kelly Botto is the founder and principal of Botto Coaching Collaborative, a team of coaches and facilitators who work with business leaders to measurably improve their impact. Kelly is passionate about unlocking human potential, with 20+ years in professional coaching, and group program design and delivery. As an executive coach to global leaders, Kelly enables clients to see themselves as others see them and works with them to “close the gaps” in behavioral areas where these perceptions diverge from their own. Kelly brings empathy, humor and high energy to her work. Her programs encourage clients to stretch their comfort zones, practice fresh ways of thinking, and create meaningful, lasting change. Although her engagements vary widely, her goal is consistent: to help clients become their best authentic selves.

Clients describe Kelly as genuine, practical, direct, warm and insightful. Her client base includes TranslateBio, Loomis Sayles, GMO, Fiduciary Trust, Harvard School of Public Health, RStudio, Novo Nordisk and William James College. Kelly works with Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute where she coaches women from Toyota and Synchrony Financial. She has coached global executives as part of Harvard Business School’s Executive Education and at The Impact Center’s Women’s Executive Leadership program.

Kelly is a fellow with the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership and a Master Coach Supervisor at William James College in their Graduate Certificate Executive Coaching program. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Anselm College.
