Learn MoreLynn Tetrault is an experienced global business leader and Board director and is passionate about healthcare, leadership development and the advancement of women. Lynn has worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 30 years. She spent 22 years at AstraZeneca PLC and was the first woman appointed to the Senior Executive Team in 2007 as CHRO and Head of Corporate Affairs, a role she held for 7 years. During that time, Lynn led a global effort to improve the diversity of leadership at all levels of the company and also designed and delivered a global leadership program in conjunction with Harvard University to support the strategic growth and transformation of the company.
Lynn is currently Lead Independent Director of Neo Genomics Clinical Laboratories and Non-Executive Director of Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, both NASDAQ listed companies. Lynn is also founder of Anahata Leadership, an advisory firm focused on supporting the leadership effectiveness and development of women. Lynn is also a Director of Paradigm for Parity, a coalition of business leaders focused on closing the gender parity gap in corporate leadership by 2030. Lynn is a member of the Advisory Board of Simmons University’s Institute for Inclusive Leadership. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of The Connors Women’s Health Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and of WHAM (Women’s Health Access Matters), an organization that is focused on addressing the gender inequities in clinical research in order to drive improvements in women’s health.
Lynn earned an AB, Magna Cum Laude, from Princeton University and a J.D. from University of Virginia Law School.
